Hajj 2027 / 1448 AH — Registration of Interest
1. Purpose of registration
ZoolTrip’s Hajj interest form allows prospective pilgrims to request information about possible Hajj arrangements and related assistance. Submitting this form is an expression of interest only. It does not create a confirmed booking, reserve a package or place, establish priority in the official booking system, or guarantee eligibility, a Hajj visa, a permit, or participation in Hajj.
2. Official Hajj requirements and ZoolTrip’s role
Hajj participation is subject to Saudi government requirements and the official booking process applicable to each pilgrim. Where Nusuk Hajj is required, package selection, booking, payment, visa processing, and permits must follow that official process and the authorized provider’s requirements.
ZoolTrip’s interest form is separate from Nusuk registration. ZoolTrip does not issue Hajj visas or permits, and submitting this form is not evidence of government approval or authorization. Any guidance, group support, or separately offered travel assistance will be described in writing before you commit to it. Any authorized provider or partnership will be identified when confirmed.
3. Package details and availability
For Hajj 2027, package availability, prices, dates, departure airports, hotels, room occupancy, flights, meals, transportation, and services at Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah will be announced when confirmed. Website images are illustrative and do not promise a particular hotel, view, camp location, or service standard. Only the final written package description and applicable booking terms establish what is included.
4. Accurate information and registration for others
Please provide accurate contact details and tell us promptly if they change. If you submit details for another adult, obtain that person’s permission first. Each traveler must review and accept any eventual booking agreement individually or through a duly authorized representative. Registration for a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Contact and privacy
By submitting the form, you request contact from ZoolTrip about your Hajj inquiry and related arrangements using the details you provide. Unrelated promotional communications require separate consent where applicable. Information will be handled under ZoolTrip’s Privacy Policy. Information needed for an eventual application or service may be shared with relevant providers or authorities as described in that policy and any additional consent notice.
Do not enter passport numbers, financial details, or sensitive medical information in the form’s general comment box. If such information becomes necessary, ZoolTrip will explain the appropriate submission method.
6. No commitment or payment at the interest stage
Submitting this interest form carries no registration charge and no obligation to purchase. You may withdraw your interest at any time by contacting ZoolTrip through its Contact Us page. A withdrawal does not cancel a separate booking already made with a provider or through Nusuk.
7. Later booking terms
Before any paid ZoolTrip service or confirmed travel arrangement, you will receive the relevant service description, charges, payment schedule, and cancellation terms for review and acceptance. Accepting these interest-registration terms does not automatically mean you accept a future package, fee, or booking contract.
